The website provides website regarding different aspects of high schooler life, including but not limited to time management skills, solving relationship issues, etc. I have also been fortunate enough to receive support and collaboration from contributors in 20+ countries around the world, each of who brings meaningful insight to the website. I hope that by using the website, teenagers can gain more awareness about the importance of taking care of their mental health!

  • Balazs - The monetization of self-awareness for a more fulfilling life: With over 27 years of entrepreneurial experience, including failures and one exit, I now help company leaders with conscious business building: converting their desires into goals, understanding their personal resources, and developing strategies based on these insights. After selling my company, I retired from active business building in 2022. Since then, I have been focusing on self-awareness and its impact on the business world. I write about my personal journey and those who have joined me on this incredible inner exploration.

  • Keith The Endless Spiral: Hey, I’m Keith, the person behind The Endless Spiral. I’ve been living with anxiety, depression, and body dysmorphia since my early teens. I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) in 2016 and Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) in 2020. Ever since, I’ve been on a mission to not just tell my story but to spark a movement where everyone feels empowered to share their mental health experiences. The idea for The Endless Spiral sprouted from how I have felt for a long time when my mind would feel like it was caught in an endless spiral of negative thoughts.

She is also a Twitch Unity Latin Guild Leader for the 2024-2025 term. Natalie believes gaming is for everyone, and she takes great pride in being a diverse voice in the industry.

  • Naziat- Pearls of Wellbeing: Hi! I’m Naziat! My goal is to destigmatize mental health in underserved and underrepresented communities in the USA, and promote education and awareness. One in five individuals experience some form of mental health concern but are reluctant to seek help due to culturally entrenched negative beliefs, superstitions, and misconceptions. My platform not only fosters wellness but also empowers individuals to take a stand for their own mental health, seek resources, and uplift themselves. I share coping skills, strategies, and tactics to overcome hardships and difficulties that come with life.
